Liebevolles Ferienhaus mit gemütlicher, windgeschützter, Glas überdachter außen Terrasse. 3 Parkplätze und Sonnenwiese. Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße im "Herzen der Schönau" gelegen. Das Haus zeichnet sich durch seinen freien Weitblick zum Untersberg aus und durch die perfekte Lage kann man Schwimmbad, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten gemütlich zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus hat sehr viel Charm durch seine Holzparkettböden und der kleinen hellen freundlichen Zimmer. W-Lan, TV, DVD und Stereoanlage sind selbstverständlich. Das neue Bad, mit großer Glaskabinen-Dusche und dem großen Waschbecken, ist gemütlich und Komfortabel. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen im Haus zur alleinigen Benutzung bereit. Im Wohnzimmer steht eine "echt Leder" Garnitur und lädt mit dem großen Panoramafenster zu gemütlichen Stunden ein. Auch ein großer Eichentisch mit sechs Stühlen steht im Wohnraum. Die Neuwertige Küche mit Spühlmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Saftpresse, Handrührer, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine ist geräumig und gemütlich zugleich.
